        Actions of the Church and Ministry Committee at the June 21, 2010 meeting.

    1.  Reviewed In-Care Student Mr. Craig Bielke following his first year at ETS

    2.  Granted "In-Care" Scholarship funds to Ms. Jacqueline Lamensky (incoming student at ETS) and Mr. Craig Bielke (2rd year student at ETS.  Each student was granted $500.00 for the Fall Semester.

    3.  Voted Ms. Janet Monroe to compete the term of Mr. Ron Heinemeyer on the committee

     5.  Voted to submit the following for vote at the STA Annual Fall Meeting for inclusion in the STA By-Laws.

            In support of the Local Church search and Call process and in preparation for requests for their standing and privilege of call, the South Texas Association Church and Ministry Committee will meet with a candidate at the time the candidate is called for a formal interview and prior to the congregation vote.  

The next Church and Ministry Committee meeting will be August 23rd at Friedens UCC.
